While the standard Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a ready-to-use "helper" that lives in Word or Outlook to summarize notes and write emails, Copilot Studio lets you create a specific "mini-brain" that knows your unique business rules, documents, and data.

The big benefit is that you aren't stuck with a one-size-fits-all AI; you can build an agent that actually does work for you

—like checking your specific inventory or answering HR questions for your team.

It’s a huge time-saver because it handles the repetitive questions and tasks that usually clutter up your inbox, letting you focus on the actual work.

What agent would be beneficial for your team right now?

Here's a brief overview of what we'll cover:

This training is for business users and/or non-developer staff who are brand new to Copilot Studio (or just somewhat familiar).

Though there are technically no requirements, previous experience in Power Automate (which we offer training on) is very helpful as many of the "actions" that an agent can perform are Power Automate actions.

This training is 2 days, each day containing 4-5 hours of curriculum (including time for Q/A sessions)

They are typically held online through Microsoft Teams. Our trainers have significant experience in delivering both online and in-person trainings that are engaging, effective, and fun. 

Example: a day of training is 4-5 hours, starting at 9AM MST. A lunch break at 11:30 AM. Then the rests of the session from 12:30 AM - 3 PM

*Reminder: the sessions ARE recorded and available after the training.

To ensure the best experience and learning environment for students, we've found that 20-30 students maximum is very helpful - though we don't technically have a limit on the number of students.

For bigger classes, we do include a moderator to help manage the larger number of students and provide a better learning environment.

Once completed with this training, your team will be able to:

• Build Copilot Agents - Build, test, and publish custom Copilots tailored to your specific business needs.
• Connect to Your Data - Securly point an agent to your own companies data so the AI actually "knows" your company's information (but just the information that it "should" know).
• Automate Real Tasks - Make Copilot agents trigger Power Automate flows directly so it can check data, send emails, updated data, and more. Yes - this takes automation to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL.
• Architect Smartly - Understand best practices for designing agents.
• Test & Troubleshoot - Testing is of course a large part of every agent that's built. But your team will be able to test and troubleshoot effectively, ensuring that your agents work as they should as consistently as possible.
• Publish & Secure - Safely "deploy" agents while ensuring the right people have the right access.

To really help your team have the support they need to build great Copilot agents (and other Power Platform solutions), we'd recommend the following as add-ons:

• Monthly or weekly group mentoring sessions (including Q/A)
• One-on-one mentoring sessions with an expert to help makers build their agents in the best way possible
