Terms & Conditions

Here are the Terms and Conditions for the Power Apps and Power Automate Trailblazer Program

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment of $4,999 is required before the program begins.

  • Payment plans are available upon request.

  • Refunds:

    • Full refund if canceled within 7 days of enrollment and no sessions have taken place.

    • 50% refund if canceled within the first 2 weeks.

    • No refunds after 2 weeks of the program start date.

Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance based on mentor and student availability.

  • Students can reschedule with at least 24-hour notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled.

Participation & Commitment

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively engage in hands-on learning.

  • Homework and project progress are required to ensure skill development.

  • If a student is inactive for 3 consecutive sessions, the mentor may reach out to discuss continuation.

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful and professional behavior is required in all interactions.

  • Any harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Program Completion & Certification

  • Students will receive a Certificate of Completion after successfully finishing the program and delivering a functional Power Apps/Power Automate solution.

​

Employer-Sponsored Enrollment

  • If an employer is paying for the program, the employer may receive progress reports if agreed upon in advance.

  • Employer-funded students are still responsible for attendance and participation.

​

Intellectual Property & Project Ownership

  • Solutions built during the mentorship belong to the student or their employer.

  • The mentor may use general anonymized examples for future training materials but will not share proprietary or confidential information.
